  • How can I register my tool?
    To get started working with Flex, you can register a new account here  https://mms.magicmotorsport.com/signup Once you have filled in all the necessary fields and have confirmed the account you may start activating your Flex HW and SW through the Product Activation tab in the upper right corner of your Helpdesk panel. The activation codes for both the HW and SW are present in your final invoice from Magicmotorsport or are submitted to you by your official distributor at the moment of purchase.Few readers

  • How can I change my Helpdesk details?
    Send an email to sales@magicmotorsport.com to have your account details edited. The change of email is subject to a fee as it entails that the tool has changed ownership.Few readers
  • I have purchased from an official distributor, how can I activate my tools?
    To get started make sure you have the S/N of the HW and the S/N of the SW package on hand. If not, please contact your distributor for this information before attempting to register your tools. Then simply go to https://mms.magicmotorsport.com and register a Helpdesk account; Confirm your e-mail address through the message received at the email entered during registration; After accessing the Helpdesk, click on the "Account" tab at the top right, then on "Tools" and finally on "Activate neFew readers
