What is the difference between Red and Green coins?
The Helpdesk payment system for Services is managed through a system of green and red virtual coins:
A coin exchange value is 1:1 so the conversion is 1 coin equals 1€.
All MASTER users receive 300 free coins per month included in their Helpdesk subscription but these coins are not cumulative, so if you don't use them the next month they'll reset to 300 (not 600).
GREEN coins allow you to access services like IMMO OFF, CLONE MEDC17 VAG ECUs and some of the most common DPF-EGR services.
These services have an average cost of 100 green coins each so this means that you have up to 3 free services available to you free each month to help you grow your business.
RED coins give you access to STAGE1 services, ISN EXTRACTIONS for BMW, ISK EXTRACTIONS for RENAULT to name a few.
RED coins can also be converted into GREEN through the Coins Converter in your account, this process is not reversible.
