FLEX tools with an active subscription are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty states that in the case of damage confirmed by Tech Support through a Repair Request Ticket to either the Flex (FLX1.1) or FlexBox (FLX1.9) module, the user may request a new interface without incurring any additional fees other than shipping.
