How can I release my Slave?
The release of a Slave user is simple. The Master must contact us either through a Helpdesk ticket from the Master account the Slave must be released from or via email with the email from his Master account and explicitly state the Slave user’s S/N or email can be released.
There is no fee involved in a Master change for a Slave tool but the account must have an active subscription.
