How can I make sure my order is processed correctly?
When placing your order be sure to double-check your billing and shipping information.
If you need to edit an order after it’s been submitted but before shipping, we recommend canceling the order and creating a new one.
If your order has been shipped with an incorrect shipping address, our staff will attempt to correct the shipping address but the success of this depends on the carrier and transit status of the package. If the request is unsuccessful, your package will be delivered to the initial address provided at checkout.
Important: If there is a mistake on your billing address or credit card information, we’ll send you an email with instructions to update your order. This will depend on your payment provider as some forms of payments cannot be edited.
